Our tools designers are highly skilled and have vast experiences in tool making. We design, develop, and fabricate all our tooling for the group manufacturing needs.

Tool Room
Tooling Design
BIGL invests in our Tool Room.
We fabricate all molds, tools, and fixtures in-house using high-end machineries, ranging from:
· Cincom Auto Lathes
· Sodic Wire-Cut
· Milling machine
· Lathe
· Laser Marking, etc.
With 100% in-house capabilities, it allows shorter turnaround for tooling design changes.

BIGL continuously seeks on improving our technology, manufacturing process, quality and cost.
We have a team of engineers that focuses on automating our manufacturing process, test and inspection methodology. The team designs, develops, fabricates, and assembles automated equipment.
